STEP 1
Give permission
Being an offsite event, specific parental permission must be given to Willoughby Park Anglican Church for all teens who wish to attend. Please fill out the form for each child you wish to register by clicking on the following button. This will give the leaders the information necessary to provide a safe, caring and loving environment. After doing so, return to this page to proceed with step 2.
STEP 2
Ensure they have what they need to bring
They will need to bring:

Opal card for bus trips
-
Money for McDonalds and Gelato
-
shoes good for walking/jogging

There is no additional cost.
STEP 3
Drop off and pick up your teens on the night
Teens should be dropped off at Willoughby Park Anglican Church (Cnr Warrane and McClelland) at 5:45pm as we will leave for the bus at 6pm sharp. They should then be picked up from church at 9pm.
